The first time I was seen without delay at G-Clinic. The second time I came to Sema Clinic for 15.00 by appointment and waited until 17.00. I paid for a colposcopy, but that day Nazgul A. said she would do it on another day and would schedule an appointment. Three months have passed since then, I write to her and remind her, sometimes she doesn't reply, sometimes she says she will call me in soon. On the day when I waited for her for 2 hours, I had a threatened miscarriage and severe abdominal pain, but she did not react to it. I had to constantly write to her and ask her to prescribe medication.

The colposcopy was not done that day, even though I had paid for it, and it was postponed to another day. For 3 months now I have been unable to get an appointment: the doctor sometimes ignores my messages, sometimes writes that she will call me in soon. When I had a threatened miscarriage and severe abdominal pain, she did not react. I had to write endlessly and ask her to prescribe medication.

I paid 20 thousand for the appointment, but never received any prescriptions. I don't understand this approach from a doctor — it's the first time I've come across a situation where a patient is given nothing after an appointment. I wouldn't advise going there, they just take your money.

I had a laparoscopy performed by Nazgul Askergazinovna, the operation was successful. Before recommending it, the doctor first prescribed conservative treatment for me and monitored me — unlike many surgeons who, for personal gain, immediately insist on surgery. In my case surgery was still needed, and I prepared for it without fear thanks to the trusting relationship with my doctor. Three hours after the operation I was already walking around the ward by myself, after 3 days I was discharged home, and 3 weeks after the operation the post-operative wounds became almost invisible.

Nazgul Askergazinovna is a very sensitive person and a professional in her field. She did not rush into surgery, but first tried conservative treatment and monitored me. Thanks to my trusting attitude towards the doctor, I prepared for the operation without fear. I also liked the clinic: the medical staff, the modern equipment and the food — everything created comfortable conditions in the post-operative period. I am healthy and happy! My ultrasound shows 3—4 weeks, but my gynaecologist said 5—6 weeks and told me there is a risk. I am taking Duphaston.
