I am trying to get an appointment with this doctor, but I cannot get through — no one answers the phone. I was told that an appointment now costs 100,000 tg.
Disliked
I cannot get through to the doctor, no one picks up the phone. I am also troubled by the cost of the appointment — 100,000 tg. I want to find out whether anyone has had their squint cured by this doctor.

The appointment with this specialist took place, but I was left extremely dissatisfied. I only managed to book after 3 months, but at the appointed time the doctor refused to see me — she said she would not, and kept running from office to office instead of holding the appointment.
Disliked
The cost of the initial appointment is 30,000 tg, although in other clinics her fee is listed as 5,000 tg, and usually an appointment costs 5,000 tg. Payment is cash only. There is no service whatsoever: when you arrive, you are told they will not see you. There is no comfort while waiting; it is impossible to get in at the appointed time according to a booking made 3 months in advance — for Shynybayevа it is normal to start the appointment whenever she feels like it, and there is no respect for my time. Professionalism is zero: not seeing a patient by appointment is beyond the pale. On all counts I will file a complaint with the Health Department.
