At the reception they could have offered coffee or tea while we waited for the appointment.

I came for a dressing on the fifth day after surgery to open an abscess in the groin area. Before the appointment I washed and washed my intimate area with soap everywhere an hour before the visit. At the appointment the doctor asked whether I had my period. My period had indeed started, but the wound is on the buttock, and there is no need to take off my underwear to examine the wound and do the dressing.

Elmira Omarovna is a very qualified and tactful doctor. She examined me fully and immediately determined what the problem was. After me another visitor came in, but she did not rush me. She fully carried out all the treatment procedures and let me lie down in another room. Now, touch wood, almost everything has healed, and within a week I have found no problems. I want to thank her for the support and recommendations — they helped me very well, and by my feelings I can tell that it has become much better.
