The doctor is excellent, many thanks. Nothing unnecessary was prescribed to me, and there were no inappropriate words about my appearance, although doctors often do that. Everything was clear, polite and to the point. The doctor is very pleasant and really knows her stuff. The girls at reception are also very polite: they walk you to the doctor and give directions. Thank you! I recommend.

Today I had my first appointment with Lia Georgievna.

The doctor immediately won me over with her friendly manner, asking in detail and politely about all my symptoms and complaints. I was listened to, all the terms I was unfamiliar with were explained, and I was advised what to pay attention to first. A thorough examination was carried out. Goals to strive for were set. A treatment plan, tests and a diet were laid out. All my questions were answered, and there were quite a few of them. I was not rushed, and it felt that during the appointment the doctor was fully focused on me and was not distracted. There was no feeling that anyone was trying to impose something on me. I was satisfied with the doctor's appointment and with the clinic as a whole.

The doctor is young and knowledgeable. I liked that she listened to me attentively and explains everything clearly. She answers all questions and does not prescribe unnecessary medications. I spent a long time thinking and choosing an endocrinologist, and after the consultation I realised that I had made the right choice. Thank you to the IS Medikal clinic and personally to Lia Georgievna. The clinic is very cosy, the staff are friendly. In the near future I want to have a cardiology check-up and take advantage of the promotion.
