You should not trust the reviews about this doctor — I strongly doubt his competence. At the appointment almost nothing was explained to me: what exactly he suspects, why the prescribed tests are needed and what the further treatment plan is — none of this was said. He answered my questions unequivocally and gave no explanations. I was left with the impression that the main thing for him is to prescribe as many tests as possible, while it is unclear why they are needed. Because of this, it seems that all of this is rather a way to make money through the clinic.

The appointment went like this: the doctor prescribed my father many tests, and when I asked why each of them was needed, he started playing on my feelings — he said that if I begrudge money for my father, then that's my business. In another clinic in the city of Taldykorgan, my father simply had his arm washed in the area of the elbow and dressings applied, and the problem with pus after a foreign body got in went away.
