I arrived for the appointment a whole hour late, but I was still seen. The doctor carried out a full examination, prescribed tests and treatment, and explained everything clearly. While the result was not yet in, she sat and waited, even though the working day was already over.

I liked that despite my being an hour late, I was received politely, fully examined, and given competent treatment and all the tests. The doctor explained everything clearly. I am especially grateful that she waited for the test results, even though the working day was over. Many thanks for such an attitude and clear explanations.
