Hello, I did not like the appointment with this doctor at all. The consultation lasted 15 minutes and cost 15,000 tenge, and half of that time the doctor was simply looking at my results.
Disliked
The prices are inflated, and there is almost no benefit from the appointment. For 15,000 tenge and a 15-minute consultation, the doctor spent half the time simply studying my results. Funny, isn't it?

The appointment with the doctor cost me unjustifiably much, and I left with the feeling that money and time had been wasted. I was there only once, and mostly I did the talking myself, so I will not judge his professionalism and competence. After the appointment I spent four days asking for a fiscal receipt: the doctor is both the doctor and the accountant and the cashier, because the payment is made directly to him, and the receipt is given with difficulty.
Disliked
At such an expensive appointment they did not even offer shoe covers for 30 tenge — they made me take off my shoes and put on terribly dirty slippers. The doctor listened wearily and behaved arrogantly, and what killed me most was his question at the end of my speech: "what do you want from me?" After those words I realised that I had come to the wrong place, not where I had expected help. I also had to beg for a fiscal receipt for four days, because the payment goes directly to the doctor, and the receipt is given with difficulty.

I went to appointments with this psychotherapist, spent considerable money on them, and also had expensive tests and examinations that he prescribed.
Disliked
In the end, I never received a conclusion based on the tests and examinations; he ignored my requests to give it and decided to stop working, sending me to another psychologist from his centre. He explained this by saying that I supposedly had a stubborn character. It was unpleasant to hear this, because I was spending money precisely to solve problems, not to retell my story a hundred times to different psychologists at his centre. I do not recommend.

The appointment took place, but unfortunately the hopes I had placed did not come true.

The doctor did not help me at all. Even in 50 minutes of the appointment and for 25,000 tg one could have done at least something. He sent me for further testing for 25,000 tg. Health is the most precious thing, but I came for help. I do not recommend him at all.

I booked an appointment with a psychotherapist a week in advance for 18:00 and explained that I urgently needed a psychotherapist. On the day of the appointment they called me and asked whether the appointment could be moved to 20:00, I agreed, since I had waited a whole week. Then they called me again and said it could be at 20:30, I replied ok. I came at 20:30, I walk in, and there are clients sitting there, and they tell me to go out and wait. I went out and waited another 30 minutes.

Honestly, such an attitude towards patients was very unpleasant. I wrote on WhatsApp that you are very incompetent, and that we wait weeks for our appointments. I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of this clinic's client and I think that you are irresponsible!

The appointment began, and from the very first minutes I had a feeling that the doctor could see right through me. After a minute of talking he asked questions that hit the mark. I did not expect that and thought that he seemed to be reading my thoughts.
