I came for an appointment with Smagulova Roza, who is called a psychotherapist. I provided her with all the tests and scans, even though I have already been examined thoroughly.
Disliked
After the appointment I was simply shaking. Instead of explaining everything and reassuring me, she did the exact opposite. I was so stressed that words cannot describe it. Then she said she would prescribe me a sedative. But to avoid having to prescribe sedatives to people, you shouldn't drive them to such a state. I came for help as to a doctor, and I left there as if I had been summoned by the boss for a dressing-down and told off — to put it mildly, told off. Time and money wasted. She didn't even bother to look into my complaints, she said I was under-investigated, like go and get investigated. Although I have been investigated thoroughly, I provided her with all the tests and scans.
