I, Kapchukurov Ardak, have been under the care of Doctor Smagulova Roza Daniyarovna since 2025. A year ago I came to her in a very serious condition, I was very ill.

Roza Daniyarovna is a specialist of very high qualification. She is very attentive and friendly, always listens to me in detail and selects the right and suitable treatment. Thanks to the prescribed medicines and her warm medical advice, I fully recovered. Now I continue to be treated by her and am very pleased with it. I came for an appointment with Smagulova Roza, who is called a psychotherapist. I provided her with all the tests and scans, even though I have already been examined thoroughly.

After the appointment I was simply shaking. Instead of explaining everything and reassuring me, she did the exact opposite. I was so stressed that words cannot describe it. Then she said she would prescribe me a sedative. But to avoid having to prescribe sedatives to people, you shouldn't drive them to such a state. I came for help as to a doctor, and I left there as if I had been summoned by the boss for a dressing-down and told off — to put it mildly, told off. Time and money wasted. She didn't even bother to look into my complaints, she said I was under-investigated, like go and get investigated. Although I have been investigated thoroughly, I provided her with all the tests and scans.

I do not recommend going to this doctor! For her, only money matters, not the person. There was no human attitude towards me at all. She is a doctor and should have provided first aid, but she did not do it. In general, in this clinic everything is built on money, unfortunately.
