I visited a neurologist with my 7-year-old child and we received treatment.
Disliked
The doctor diagnosed my child with osteochondrosis, which made me very concerned. She turned out to be a doctor who just goes through the motions.

My child and I came for an appointment with a psychotherapist, and we said straight away that this was not our first visit and that we already knew how psychotherapy works. The child was filling in a test in the corridor for about 10 minutes, and during that time the doctor called in the next client. In the end there was no consultation as such — just the test and waiting, and they charged 12,000 tenge for it. After I complained, the money was refunded.
Disliked
The psychotherapist showed neither professionalism nor involvement. From the very first minutes it was clear that she was not interested in the problem and the pain with which the child and his parent had come. During the conversation she did not remember the name of the person being discussed and asked the same thing several times. She looked at the screen the whole time and showed no involvement or interest in the child. The organisation of the clinic's work also leaves much to be desired: an appointment should last at least 40 minutes, but the schedule is arranged so that patients literally cross paths at the office door. I consider such an attitude and the absence of proper scheduling unacceptable. I give a rating of 0 to both the clinic and the psychotherapist herself. I do not recommend anyone to go to this institution.

The appointment took place, and I was prescribed drips. I asked for one day of drips, but the doctor prescribed five. I had to wait 5 minutes, and because of the pain that wait was hard. And the appointment was on time too.
Disliked
Because of her, 8500 was spent for nothing. The wait was hard because of the pain, even though I only waited 5 minutes. And it was on time too. I don't recommend.

I was at an appointment, I told about the problem that was bothering me. The doctor listened, said that's all, it became clear. She said to call in my close one who was waiting outside, and then she listened to the two of us together. When my close one was sitting there, I could not open up. That is how 1 hour passed. Then it turned into an everyday conversation, like listen to this sister of mine, she does not think anything bad. It had no effect on me at all. I know myself that it is depression, it is obvious even without saying it. She prescribed a strong psychotropic medication. Our separate conversation was probably 20 minutes, she asked 1-2 questions and that was it.

I have not seen a doctor who listened to and understood a "sick" person. Thank you. The person sitting next to me listening also did not understand very well what problem I have. A psychotherapist should listen to the illness only themselves, without another person. They should ask questions and draw things out. It is a pity, time wasted for nothing.
