I came to the clinic with a cloudy eye, and I was examined. During the appointment, the doctor started talking on the phone — discussing which messages she needed to send to another person, this lasted about 5-10 minutes. When I got up to leave and say that I would not continue the examination, she immediately put down the phone and started checking my vision. I had the feeling that they just wanted to fit me with glasses rather than solve my problem. Now my eye hurts and is irritated, which it wasn't before. I contacted the clinic, and I was told that such behaviour by the doctor is normal.

The clinic is awful, I'll never set foot there again. During the appointment, the doctor talked on the phone for 5-10 minutes. I had the feeling that they just wanted to fit me with glasses instead of solving my problems. Now my eye hurts and is irritated, which it wasn't before. At the clinic they said that such behaviour by the doctor is normal. I do not recommend either the doctor or the clinic at all. If you want to have your eyes checked or get help, this clinic is definitely not for you!
