The appointment started exactly at the scheduled time. The doctor examined the vision very carefully and was thorough. The child was found to have astigmatism, and we probably went through all the lenses before we found the right ones. We were at the appointment for 1.10 because they dilated the pupils to determine the vision accurately.

The examination was very detailed: my vision was measured, lenses were selected, the fundus of the eye was examined and even colour response was checked. After that, recommendations were given for preserving vision. This month I have to come for an examination again to check for improvements.

I had to wait two hours thirty minutes. While I was there, a man came in with three children and sat there for more than two hours. Although at reception, when I was paying, they said there was no queue. When we were going in, three more patients were being seen — this was convenient: they were given drips one after another, and there was an examination, no one waited in a queue.

We waited two hours and thirty minutes. That patient must have been important. The doctor is just a doctor, there are better doctors. We sat for an extra two hours in a cramped corridor without windows. I do not recommend either the clinic or this service. Better to call and go yourselves.
