I had my teeth treated by this doctor in May 2021.
Disliked
In December the fillings fell out, secondary caries began — the doctor had cleaned poorly. The money was paid for nothing.

My child is 2 years old, and the dentists referred us for treatment under general anaesthesia because the child would not even let them look at his teeth. I consider anaesthesia to be a very last resort, especially for a small child. I was very glad when I found Irina Viktorovna's contact details — 15 years ago we took our older child to her. In one appointment she treated 4 teeth, the child cried a little, but no anaesthesia was needed.

For a year and a half we went to Smolyakova I.V. — first for a check-up, then for treatment of milk teeth. In the end, I regretted it very much. After so much treatment, she suddenly refused to treat, saying that the child would not let her treat the teeth properly. Although she herself had frightened him with her shouting. Now my son is terrified of doctors. We went to another clinic, where they first took an X-ray and said that because of incorrect and untimely treatment, the tooth needed to be extracted; it could no longer be treated. Plus there was severe inflammation, and they had to try to treat it in order to save another tooth. The fillings she placed were chemical ones, they will fall out quickly, and they need to be redone.

It was very unexpected and strange to me that after so much time of dental treatment she suddenly refused to treat, stating that the child would not let her treat his teeth properly, although she herself had frightened him with her own shouting. Now my son is terrified of doctors. Why does she take on something she cannot do in the first place. I very much regret that I went to her, that I trusted her, and the most hurtful thing is that so much time was wasted and to my detriment. I feel very guilty before my child.

We were extremely dissatisfied. For the treatment of 6 teeth they took 50,000 tenge from us and did not issue a receipt. Two weeks later all the fillings fell out and we had to have them redone. The quality is very low.

We had our teeth treated by Irina Viktorovna, the child is 4 years old, they charged 22 thousand for 2 teeth. The fillings fell out after 3 weeks, and they filled them again under warranty. After 10 days the tooth had to be extracted, because due to a poorly filled tooth a cyst and inflammation had formed.
