I had an appointment with the proctologist Aleksandr Smolyakin. I searched for him for a long time, and found him after seeing many unqualified specialists. The doctor listened to me attentively, analysed and explained the causes of the pain, and was also in contact outside the appointment time.

Aleksandr Smolyakin is the best doctor I have ever met. He told me that everything was fine, that even though my back passage hurt and was torn, this was a normal condition. I did not have a problem like haemorrhoids, but I was often troubled by sphincter spasms, and this diagnosis was made for me by Aleksandr Smolyakin. The doctor listened to me attentively, explained the causes of the pain in detail, and was in contact outside the appointment time as well. I sincerely recommend him!

We have already been to 6 surgeons, and only with Aleksandr Anatolyevich did we finally receive the correct direction in the treatment of my three-month-old baby. Before that, other surgeons opened the wound again and again — to be precise, 11 times, one of which was under general anaesthesia — and endlessly injected antibiotics.
