Today I was at the “Viktoriya” clinic, where Aleksandr Anatolyevich performed an operation on me to remove an atheroma.

Everything went at the highest level — both the service, and the attitude of the staff, and the operation itself. When I began to lose consciousness, the doctor reacted quickly and precisely, and everything turned out fine. I highly recommend this doctor as a master of his craft. The nurses are wonderful: they explained everything clearly and easily, reassured and encouraged me. I was pleased.

The appointment was with Smolyankin Aleksandr Anatolyevich — we came with a child, we were listened to, examined, an ultrasound scan was done right there in the next room, they talked to the child and reassured him so that he would not be frightened. They wrote out a referral for blood tests — in case the prescribed treatment did not help, so as to consider more serious treatment. The appointment was on Saturday, the tests were ready only on Monday, and the doctor himself wrote on WhatsApp, asked about the child's well-being, interpreted the tests and left the previous treatment unchanged.

A huge thank you to the doctor for his help. Nowadays it is hard to find doctors whom you can trust yourself, let alone entrust your own child to.

My child was treated by Aleksandr Anatolyevich back in Moscow, we flew specially to the Filatov Hospital, and now he has moved to Almaty and sees patients here. My daughter has a severe condition — short bowel syndrome, and the treatment is long, multi-stage, and we are still continuing it. There are very few such children in Kazakhstan, literally just a handful. Aleksandr Anatolyevich places tunnelled catheters for intravenous nutrition in children whose own bowel does not work well. My daughter is now 5 years old, and we have finally started gaining weight without intravenous nutrition, just from ordinary feeding. But all the previous 5 years were a real fight for the child's survival, and Aleksandr Anatolyevich made a big contribution to it.
