She is a competent doctor, does not prescribe anything unnecessary. She always carefully examines everything, explains and gives recommendations. If needed, she prescribes treatment.

I have been a patient of Irina Pavlovna for many years, since 2008. I had cysts in my thyroid, but they did not interfere with the function of the organ. After my first childbirth a large cyst appeared, and Irina Pavlovna referred me for sclerotherapy.

I happened to visit an appointment with Sobolevskaya, and I want to share my impression.
Disliked
I do not advise anyone to go to her and I want to warn everyone how incompetent and rude she is! She could not identify hypothyroidism in my daughter, and also did not see the reduced gland on an already prepared scan and test results. And her arrogance is off the charts! She has no place in medicine, she is useless! And I am 100% sure that the positive reviews about her are bought!

The appointment was with a doctor I didn't like. I was extremely dissatisfied with this visit.
Disliked
The doctor is disgusting and unprofessional: she gave useless advice, lectured me and boasted about her supposedly good physical shape. Although my TSH was elevated and corrective treatment could have been prescribed, she did not do it. This is a tired doctor of the old generation who does not want to understand the patient's problem, but only collects considerable money for a consultation. I do not recommend her to anyone, a visit to her is a waste of money.

I consulted this doctor because of discomfort in the thyroid gland area. The doctor examined me, said everything was fine, and didn't even prescribe iodine. Yet the test results already showed a sign of hypothyroidism.
Disliked
A few years later I did indeed develop hypothyroidism. The doctor could have prescribed iodine, a diet, given some advice, but didn't do it. I consider this specialist incompetent, and I don't recommend consulting him.

I came to Irina Pavlovna back in 2005 — at that time she literally pulled me back from the brink. After childbirth I had such a breakdown in my body that everyone just threw up their hands and did not understand what to do, because Diffuse Toxic Goitre was progressing. First Irina Pavlovna selected treatment for me that more or less stabilised my condition, so that the surgeons could even take me for surgery to remove the goitre. And after the surgery she continued to manage my care so that I could recover.

If it were possible to give 100 points, I would give them. I have not lived in Kazakhstan for 12 years now, but I am very grateful to her. It is thanks to her that I am here now.

This doctor's qualifications are zero. I got the impression that he knows absolutely nothing, and does not even look like a real doctor. He is not worth spending money on.
