I booked an appointment with Solodilina I.N. through doq.kz. I did not cancel my appointment, and I did not see the WhatsApp message from them. They cancelled the appointment themselves without warning and sent the doctor home — because I did not reply on WhatsApp. We came with an elderly grandmother, and the doctor was not there.
Disliked
Why have an appointment at all then? I did not refuse on WhatsApp! On the spot I was told: "These are our rules." This is irresponsibility and complete disrespect for patients.
