The appointment went excellently from the very beginning: both the parking was fine, and the reception manager turned out to be pleasant and understanding, I was escorted to the office. The doctor is an attentive and competent professional: he listened to my complaints, made an accurate diagnosis, performed an examination with modern instruments to confirm it, and then removed the polyp and cauterised the fissure that had been bothering me for many years. In other medical centres, doctors only prescribed ointments. The treatment is still ongoing, and when it is finished I will write about the result.
