Patient story
I had to deal with this member of staff when I came to the clinic to get a stamp. It was stuffy, 38 degrees, a pandemic, and a queue of people had gathered in the corridor just for that.
Disliked
This member of staff, being the acting deputy chief doctor of the clinic, is completely irresponsible. At 8 in the morning you will never find him at his place, he comes whenever he wants, and after lunch too. At the reception desk I was told in fear that she does not report to him, and they did not give me his mobile phone number. Because of this, in such stuffiness and during a pandemic, people are forced to stand in a queue in the corridor just to get a stamp.
