I chose this doctor because of her long experience, but later I regretted it very much. As soon as I said that I would not be able to come for mesotherapy, her expression changed at once and right during the appointment she reached for her phone to answer messages. After that she explained the treatment to me reluctantly.

I would like the doctor to be more humane — then people will be grateful. But for now I would not recommend her to anyone.

The appointment took place, the doctor explained everything clearly and visually, answered questions as they arose, and you can feel that she knows the subject. I was also told what the situation was and how the treatment would be provided. Trichoscopy, as far as I can judge, was performed competently.

The explanations were competent and clear, questions were answered, and it is evident that the specialist knows what she is talking about. The trichoscopy itself was performed well, as far as I can assess. If you approach it consciously, I can recommend it, and if the first experience of communication turns out to be pleasant, then why not.
Disliked
During the conversation there was a feeling of judgement or arrogance, as if I had to justify myself before the specialist. As for the prescriptions: the 80/20 principle applies — the main effect comes from 20% of what is prescribed, in particular minoxidil, while the other 80% has no clear evidence base, yet will cost 400-500,000, in particular we are talking about therapies, and of course, at their clinic. Personally, I will be seen by another specialist — we apparently did not get on in terms of character, well, or I don't know :)

I took my younger sister for a consultation. She had strange rashes and sores all over her body. Elena Alekseevna immediately made the diagnosis — psoriasis, told us in detail what causes this disease, and prescribed treatment. Yelena Alekseyevna is a wonderful doctor and specialist who knows her field perfectly. We were very pleased with the appointment. I especially liked the way she can explain everything in an accessible and clear manner. My sister used to not listen to her family and did not believe that frequent consumption of fast food could harm her health, but after the consultation she began to take the doctor's recommendations more seriously. The treatment is already helping: the rashes have become lighter, and some have disappeared completely, and this is still without seeing a psychologist. The doctor explained that psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that is often linked to stress and psychological state. I recommend Yelena Alekseyevna as an attentive, knowledgeable and professional doctor.
