Patient story
This doctor saw me twice. I took a PCR test to check whether there was an infection, and the doctor said everything was fine. He also recommended taking a spermogram. I took it myself and sent the results to the doctor, but I did not receive a detailed analysis of the test — he again said everything was normal, although another specialist says that based on the spermogram results there are infections. I called and wrote to this doctor to clarify the details, but he does not answer and does not pick up the phone.
Disliked
To be honest, I did not like such an attitude and service. It feels as if the doctor is not interested in my health.

Patient story
The appointment with the paediatric urologist left me with an extremely dissatisfied impression. Instead of referring me for hospitalisation, I was sent to yet another urologist and prescribed a painkiller.
Disliked
The doctor, in my opinion, is incompetent. Instead of treating thoroughly, they prescribe symptomatic treatment. Although he is a paediatric urologist himself, it is unclear why I had to book an appointment with him — only time and money wasted.

Arkhat Slyamkhanovich is a good and attentive specialist, he explained a great deal to me.
Disliked
But I decided not to use the treatment he prescribed: it seemed to me that the medicine he prescribed does not solve the problem.
