The doctor is terrible and disgusting, rude, completely unable to communicate, no customer focus at all. For the first time I see them charging money for the appointment and separately for the nose examination. He lets patients in for 5 minutes, then takes them out and says to wait in the corridor, and in the meantime he lets others in. Utter horror. I advise it is better to pay more and choose another clinic and another doctor.

I brought my 7-month-old daughter for an appointment, I specifically booked the evening time slot at 8. I arrive — I see another person coming, my turn is approaching, but the doctor comes out and lets him in, saying that his appointment is not at 8 but at 8:30, and I have to wait longer. I show that mine is at 8, then he says to wait 10 minutes and then come in. A man goes in, and I am standing there with my child.

I don't like it when doctors do this. I would understand if he had been inside and only then was my turn, but no — he came after us, yet he goes in before me.
