I went for an appointment, but the doctor could not say anything without additional tests and an ultrasound. Apart from the appointment, we had many tests and an ultrasound done privately for a fee. In the end she prescribed glasses and eye drops for my daughter.

It turns out that before coming here you need to have at least 50 thousand in your pocket. Outwardly, it seems that the doctors at these private clinics, first and foremost, want to take as much money as possible from the patient, whether it is justified or not.

I brought my child for an appointment. When we arrived, the doctor had only one person with her. The doctor came out, looked around, closed the door and left, saying she had turned on the quartz lamp and would see patients in 10 minutes. She came back after 30 minutes, and there were already 3 people in the queue. We went in one by one, she examined the child and said we needed to put in drops and wait 30 minutes. I went out and waited; by then there were about 10 people in the queue, everyone was waiting. My child was inside, and she was seeing other people. She was supposed to call me, but that did not happen. I went in myself after 40 minutes, and she started shouting: "Close the door, wait, I have people here." What, are we not people anymore? I went out, stood for an hour, went in. The last thing that killed me was when she said: "Come on Tuesday for the prescription." What kind of mockery is that? I stood for 2 hours just to hear that. It's not our fault that she left and disappeared for half an hour. To which she replied: "I turned on the quartz lamp so that you wouldn't catch conjunctivitis." I beg you, you can catch this virus in the corridor while you're waiting. Complete disappointment.

I did not like that she did not call me in, even though my child was inside, and that she shouted at me when I went in myself. I did not like that I had to wait 2 hours and stand in a queue where there were first 3 people, then 10. I did not like that in the end they told me to come back on Tuesday for the prescription. I did not like that she answered about the quartz and conjunctivitis, even though you can get infected in the corridor while you wait. Complete disappointment.
