I had a TRUS of the prostate, and it took literally 2 minutes — very fast, although usually it lasts from 20 to 40 minutes.
Disliked
The results raise great doubts: over the last 6 months the prostate volume fluctuated from 44 to 42 cubic cm, and after this TRUS it became 54 cubic cm. On a follow-up check at another, more reputable institution, the result turned out to be 42 cubic cm, and they did not see the cyst there at all. What kind of check that was, a check-up — it is unclear.
