I was booked in for an appointment, and I came with my child in a critical condition, but the doctor was not there, and the clinic was closed for quarantine.

The doctor and the medical centre have absolutely no idea how to communicate with people, the service is at zero. They booked me in for an appointment an hour before, and when I arrived with my child in a critical condition, the doctor is not there and the clinic is closed for quarantine — why the hell did they book me in then?!

I turned to this doctor with my son when he was under two years old. We were admitted repeatedly with pneumonia, there was a complication after surgery. Aknur Mukhitjanovna twice pulled my little son out of intensive care. Now my son is 4 years old, and we go to her just to visit, to ask how she is doing, because we no longer get ill.
