The appointment took place at the end of the doctor's working day, it seemed to me that he was tired, but this didn't affect the appointment in any way. He smiled and distracted my screaming child. Yesterday I spent the whole day following the doctor's recommendations without leaving my child's side. Already today, on the second day, the treatment has helped. The doctor cleaned my child's nose with an aspirator and showed that there was mucus, even though I said there wasn't any. He left his phone number in case of questions — I called, and I was answered right away. I had to wait a little, it seems all the parents in the city bring their little ones to him, but the wait is worth it.

I liked the clinic, starting with the girl at reception. I really liked the doctor: he smiled, distracted my screaming child, didn't prescribe anything unnecessary, explained everything clearly, didn't rush anywhere, listened, examined, heard me out. You can see the doctor has experience. I recommend him. The treatment helped already today, on the second day. Treatment also depends on the parents — you need to do everything on time and not forget.

She is a wonderful doctor: all her prescriptions and treatment tactics have always led to success and a speedy recovery. She conducts the appointment very calmly and tactfully, and is friendly to parents.

I consulted this ENT paediatrician, and he twice prescribed treatment that didn't help. My child was only cured by another paediatrician, whom I turned to afterwards.
Disliked
The doctor turned out to be extremely incompetent: he knows absolutely nothing about adenoids, twice prescribed ineffective treatment and brought my child to double pneumonia. I am now preparing a pre-trial claim against him.
