I had an appointment with the gynaecologist Temirgaliyeva Madina, the appointment lasted 15 minutes.
Disliked
My impressions of the appointment were ordinary, average. I came so that the doctor would look at my tests and my exchange card, as I am concerned about the care at the polyclinic, but in the end I did not get any answer and was disappointed. Seeing that I was an anxious first-time mother, the doctor put everything down to psychosomatics and did not even open my tests. I cannot recommend the doctor and will not go to her again.

My appointment with Madina Kantayevna fell on the holidays. We came with my mother, I was in a lot of pain, it had all started during the night. The doctor did a series of rapid tests, which turned out to be unnecessary, gave me a painkilling injection, prescribed some medicine and quickly sent us on our way. This cost 18,000 tenge at the polyclinic, and for what — it is still unclear. Also their pharmacy is incredibly expensive.

The staff had been drinking a little over the holidays, including this doctor. She made no secret of her aggression and from the very start made it clear by her whole demeanour that she was unhappy about our arrival. While I was in agonising pain, she was filling me and my mum with positive energy. When my mum tried to explain that we were feeling unwell right now and needed urgent help, the doctor shut her up and told her not to interfere. They ordered a load of unnecessary express tests, a painkilling injection, prescribed a medication and hurried us out. The worst thing is that the medication prescribed by Madina Kantayevna turned out to be harmful to the foetus. Now we are afraid in case something goes wrong. Be vigilant!

I wasn't at the appointment myself, but I've heard a lot from friends. A friend of mine really liked this doctor. Yesterday I also talked to a girl who is also delighted: she had her first childbirth, and everything went calmly, without fuss. Her husband was there during contractions, and then her mother-in-law stayed with her until the very end. She gave birth with a doctor whose name I don't know, the office is directly opposite Madina Kantayevna's office — a woman of about 35–40, very pleasant. As for my friend, I'll check with her which doctor she gave birth with — it was a C-section.
