I came to the appointment with a request for self-esteem work. The therapy did not go quickly, but after several sessions I noticed serious changes in the way I perceive myself. In the course of the work I realised that fears are only my own experiences, and they can and should be worked on.

I had never been to a psychologist before. I came to Ilyas because I wanted to cope with increased anxiety. I hesitated for a long time to see a psychologist, and now I regret not having done it earlier.

At first it was difficult for me to relax and start talking about my feelings, but during the consultation Ilyas created a supportive atmosphere, gently guided the conversation, and there was no awkwardness or unnaturalness in the dialogue, so I was able to openly talk about my experiences. He works in the CBT approach, everything is structured and clear. After a couple of sessions I learned to track anxious states, then we examined the earlier causes of my anxiety, and right away I began learning techniques for working with anxiety. During the work I felt relief and confidence that anxiety can be worked on and overcome. All the best to everyone!
