I booked online for 11:30 and arrived at 11:15. I was told that the walk-in queue was very long and asked whether I hadn't known. They couldn't find my appointment. Then they told me there were still 2 patients ahead of me and that one consultation usually lasts 10-15 minutes. An hour passed and I still hadn't been seen. Other patients were waiting right by the door, so I didn't even see the doctor. I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund at the cash desk; I was sent to reception, where there was a queue of about 10 people. At reception they tell you to go to the cash desk, and there too there are queues everywhere. To get my money back I waited another 45 minutes for a consultant, and she said that wasn't her job, I had to go to other consultants, and there it was just as busy. In the end nothing was refunded; I took the complaints book and wrote everything I think about this place.

This is a complete farce, I can't even bring myself to call EmirMed a clinic. It just left me with nothing but frayed nerves. I will never come to this clinic again and I wouldn't advise it to anyone. I categorically would not advise it to anyone.

The appointment took place, I liked everything very much. They examined well and competently, asked questions. They diagnosed acute bronchitis — the child is almost 2 years old, and we suffered with a terrible cough for about 2 weeks.
