Patient story
I took my son to see him. The first appointment was 3500 tg, and the second was 14000 tg. The doctor referred him for an FGDS and said he needed to come back with 4 tests done. Because the tests were expensive, we left.
Liked
A good doctor, you can tell he is knowledgeable. He prescribed treatment, and I thought we would see the result. So far I cannot say anything.
Disliked
The first appointment is 3500 tg, the second is 14000 tg – very expensive. He referred us for an FGDS and 4 tests, and because they were expensive we left. If you are going to see this doctor, get a free FGDS and tests done at your own clinic and go with the results, otherwise your pockets will be emptied.

The appointment went well. The doctor did not prescribe anything unnecessary — neither tests nor medications, everything was to the point.

This is a doctor with a capital D, a true master of his craft. I am very grateful for the treatment. I wish there were more doctors like this, who love people and love their work. Of course I recommend him.

I had an appointment with the doctor.
Disliked
The doctor explained nothing, she only spoke in general medical terms as if I were supposed to understand. When I asked again, she answered as if to say that I did not even know that. Her people skills are weak.

I came to this doctor with a heart problem, and previously our whole family had been treated by her since the times of covid, when we consulted her as a physician. At the appointment she gathered all the information and performed an ultrasound Doppler scan, and interpreted everything herself. We will continue treatment.

The appointment took place, but the specialist I ended up seeing, as it seemed to me, has absolutely no understanding of her field. Nothing was properly explained to me and I was sent for a paid ultrasound.
Disliked
The doctor is incompetent and does not know her field. At the appointment I was told nothing intelligible, only sent for a paid ultrasound. I believe that only proper doctors of the highest category should see patients on a paid basis. I paid 7000 thousand, and that money was simply thrown to the wind — give it back. Let those who paid 2000 thousand go to this doctor. I would not recommend this specialist to anyone.

I went to see a rheumatologist and took my ready test results and reports with me.
Disliked
I would not recommend this specialist, she knows nothing. Even though I brought my ready tests and results, she could not understand even the simplest thing. She did not know what was clearly obvious and kept asking me. I could not tell whether she was a physician or a rheumatologist. She has no idea about rheumatology at all. If you have a rheumatic condition, do not go there, your money will be wasted. I decided to write this as an honest review, do not be fooled! I hope you will not delete this review. They have also put up a sign outside the door saying physician. And I thought what a versatile doctor she was.

When I came to the doctor, she examined me carefully and determined that I was suffering from pneumonia. To confirm the diagnosis, she referred me for a CT scan, which confirmed it. After receiving the injections, I felt better within 1-2 days.

The doctor turned out to be a very competent specialist. She explained that the treatment must be completed in full, and said that even after recovery the injections should be continued. She also gave me her phone number and said that if I had any questions, I could write to her on WhatsApp and get an answer.

Patient story
I came for an appointment with this doctor. She was literally falling asleep on her feet, staring at the monitor with her eyes closed. I brought the fluorography report about bronchitis, but she threw the paper on the desk and said it told her nothing. Then she supposedly listened and declared that I had pneumonia and needed a CT scan. I had the CT scan, even though I'd had a fluorography a week earlier. The result showed chronic bronchitis.

The doctor was falling asleep on her feet and staring at the monitor with her eyes closed. She flung my chest X-ray onto the desk and said it told her nothing. She supposedly listened to me and diagnosed pneumonia, even though I just had a dry cough occasionally, and with pneumonia I would probably have been at home with a fever. She frightened me, and I had a CT scan, even though I'd had a chest X-ray a week earlier — that's extra doses of radiation, and it's not cheap either. In the end, the result showed chronic bronchitis. A doctor should at least be able to tell where the bronchi are in bronchitis and where the lungs are in pneumonia. She can't make a diagnosis herself; she needs a CT scan to make the diagnosis. And if in a month I come back with an exacerbation of bronchitis, will I be sent for a CT scan again? Or is it the clinic that demands this of its doctors?

As my blood pressure had often been rising lately, I came back to see Madam Akzada for a check-up. She asked me in detail about all my circumstances, reviewed my tests, and determined the following: blood does not circulate properly in my neck. The previous osteochondrosis (salt deposits) had accumulated again, and she advised me to walk for long periods, keep a proper routine, and exercise.

I came for the appointment, and the doctor conducted a full examination, examined everything thoroughly. She even accompanied me to other doctors and asked them to examine me further if something had been missed.

The appointment took place, and the doctor prescribed me a course of treatment, which I completed.
Disliked
The doctor turned out to be terrible. When I completed the course she prescribed, it turned out that she had prescribed one medication twice, only under different names. She prescribed anthelmintics in a double dose: I was supposed to take 1 tablet, but she prescribed 3 at once, even though no parasites were found — she prescribed them for prevention. The doctors at Khak were shocked by her treatment. I do not recommend her! Better to pay more and go to a better doctor!

This is the second time I have come to see Akzada Yesenamanovna with my ailments, and after the visit I feel practically healthy. I am a pensioner, I have a whole bouquet of chronic illnesses, I have been to various clinics and seen various doctors.
Liked
I became convinced once again that doctors from Soviet times are still the best: they have more experience, and a different attitude, and a different approach to people. Mrs Terenova A. Ye. evidently loves not only her profession but also her patients in a special way. She listens attentively to complaints, carefully explains how, what and why — in short, somehow differently. It is clear that many years of experience and deep knowledge do not go to waste. She knows how to persuade and set one up for a positive outlook, which is far from unimportant for the psyche of a sick person. Most likely, this is the result of a person's attitude to their duties, which is characterised by such qualities as responsibility, communication skills and intelligence. I will just say a big thank you!
