Patient story
I consulted Akzada Yesenamanovna with pain in the pancreatic area. My friend also had an appointment with her — without booking, in the order of the live queue — and was pleased, she now feels great.
Liked
I want to thank Akzada Yesenamanovna, she is a doctor with a capital letter. I have never once regretted recommending her. She is always attentive and responsive, and answers calls if questions arise, even at weekends. And of course, huge gratitude to the whole clinic — the service is excellent.
Disliked
The only thing is that the reception does not answer specifically enough about what and where. But these are trifles.

I came for an appointment on a recommendation. Before that, not a single doctor had been able to diagnose me correctly.

Akzada Yesenamanovna cured me. People say about such doctors “a doctor sent from God” — this is definitely about her. I am very grateful to her and highly recommend this clinic and this doctor.

The appointment went well, I was very pleased. The doctor asked me in detail about everything and wrote out prescriptions, while explaining what each of them was for.
Liked
I liked everything: both how attentively the doctor listened to me and the fact that he explained the meaning of the prescriptions. I received the treatment right after the appointment, and already in the first days I felt an improvement. Many thanks to the doctor and the clinic.

This is not the first time I have turned to this doctor. The clinic is good, although it is far to get to.

I came for an appointment, and the doctor asked me about everything necessary to form a complete picture — not like others, who skipped half of what I said. I was given a prescription and everything was explained step by step.

The doctor was very attentive and tactful, she collected all the data and did not miss half of what I said. She made a prescription and told me everything step by step. This is truly a doctor of Soviet times, who wants to help, and not just tick boxes. Thank you for such doctors! Now next time I will only go to her.

I did not like the appointment with the doctor at all.
Disliked
The doctor did not take a history, and the conclusion was not written correctly either; it said I was under the supervision of an infectious disease specialist, but the tests were negative, and the ultrasound was also said to be fine.

Today I came for a follow-up appointment a month after the doctor changed my treatment regimen for the after-effects of Covid.
Liked
As a pensioner and a patient, I am very grateful to her for her sensitive, responsible and responsive attitude towards patients. After her prescriptions and treatment I immediately felt an improvement in my health. Even during a conversation she knows how to put a patient at ease, explain the essence of the treatment in simple words, calm you down and set you up for actions to restore the body's health. I believe this is the result of her work experience and professionalism.

The appointment with the doctor took place, and I am very grateful both to the doctor and to the clinic. Before that, we went from doctor to doctor for two years, and all to no avail, I spent a fortune on tests.

I came for an appointment with a sore throat.

I liked that the doctor immediately took measures and sent me for a CT scan. Otherwise, she consulted me well, told me everything and gave me advice.

I came for an appointment, and the doctor sent me for an additional computed tomography scan, even though I simply had an allergy. I brought the results of this CT scan, but the doctor could not read them.
Disliked
The doctor could not read the CT scan results and did not answer a single question. But when we went to another infectious disease specialist, everything was immediately explained to us.

I came for an appointment, but I could not get up from the couch because of the pain.

The doctor is very polite and sensitive, she listened to me attentively, examined me, gave all the necessary recommendations and prescribed medicines, and literally within a week she got me back on my feet.
