I came for an appointment, and there were a lot of visitors that day, so I had to wait for my turn for a little over an hour. The doctor's working day was already ending, but she still saw me and performed the 'cuckoo' procedure.

I had to wait a very long time for the appointment, and we went in after her time was already up. I was sent to get medicine, and when I returned, I saw a terrible scene: my child was covered in blood, and the doctor was forcibly rinsing his nose, the blood was pouring like a river. I took the child, all the clothes were covered in blood, and we got psychological trauma. Afterwards we went to another doctor.

The appointment with the doctor lasted less than 5 minutes, although I waited in the queue for 45 minutes.

The doctor did not impress me at all. I am a straightforward person and I do not like it when they cannot make a diagnosis on the spot, but start saying "it seems it's this, it seems it's that" and send you for unnecessary procedures — essentially it is just money extraction, especially since at other centres these procedures are 50% cheaper. I really regret the wasted time.
