I came to the appointment with ear pain and tonsillitis, I was crying from the ear pain. The doctor looked with a torch, said it was clean, and that was it. I had my tonsils cleaned, they said to pay 3500, and until we paid — they did nothing and said nothing. I contacted doctor acquaintances, they prescribed antibiotics, now I am treating myself according to their method.

She could not even give recommendations. The clinic is terrible, the equipment is medieval, the doctor will do and say nothing until you make an additional payment. She prescribes a bunch of unnecessary tests, systems, injections. There are no recommendations as such. To the questions, what is this, and what is this for, she barely answered, reluctantly, just said it is needed. I do not recommend. Better go to your registered clinic. You can do tonsil irrigation at home, furatsilin costs 300 tg.

I would not recommend her to anyone. It feels as if she only graduated from university yesterday and immediately took a doctor's position. From her I heard nothing except the advice to go to the hospital.

The doctor tried to charge me 1000 tg for applying an ointment that costs 400 tg, and she did not ask or warn that money would be taken for this. I don't understand why do that.

The appointment with the doctor took place, I came regarding my son's illness.

I did not particularly like the doctor: there was no reaction to me, she sat on her phone — either looking at a prescription or something else, it's unclear. I had to drag all the answers about my son's illness out of the doctor myself. We'll see what her treatment recommendation gives, I hope it helps, but as a specialist she is not up to much.
