I got to the doctor on the advice of acquaintances. I could not find the address and book an appointment right away, but the doq.kz website helped with this — through it, it turned out to be very convenient.

I really did not like the appointment. We had serious conditions, but the doctor barely answered, did so very reluctantly, and we had to drag the words out of her ourselves. At the end she said that the appointment time was ending and the programme would close, stood up and started getting ready to leave. She also reproached us for asking questions incorrectly, but we are not medics, how are we supposed to know the terms — the main thing is that she understood what we wanted to ask.

I really did not like it: she barely answers, reluctantly, we had to drag the words out ourselves. I would never recommend Emirmed to anyone. We were treated as if we had come in debt or for free.

The appointment was so-so. I was told that I should spend less time on my phone, and then my head would not hurt, and I was advised to take a walk before bed. I paid 20 thousand for that.

The doctor showed no empathy and did not really explain anything, except that when there is not enough oxygen, it is hypoxia. And for such advice I gave 20 thousand.

The doctor's attitude towards me was unsatisfactory, I would even say rude. In the end I was prescribed a CT and an ultrasound. Based on the test results, the doctor looked only at the ultrasound and made a diagnosis, while the CT, as I understood, was not needed — just for statistics, to meet the quota.
