Patient story
The appointment went badly: the doctor did not look at the CT disc of the cervical spine, but simply made a prescription according to the protocol, relying on the CT description.
Disliked
The doctor is useless, she did not even look at the CT disc of the cervical spine. She made the prescription stupidly according to the protocol, based on the CT description. After I completed the prescribed course of treatment, my condition got worse, and on top of that I developed gastrointestinal problems. I do not recommend her to anyone!

Patient story
I came for an appointment with the doctor, and the doctor prescribed me drips and injections. Before that I had suffered from headaches for 28 years, and not a single doctor could find the right medications. Now I am going to come for a follow-up appointment.

The appointment took place, and I was given the correct diagnosis. I was prescribed treatment — injections, drips and tablets, and already after one day of such treatment, the next day I felt that life started playing in completely different colours.

I myself had an appointment with Yelena Antonovna, and I was given the correct diagnosis and prescribed competent treatment that really helps. And before that, my husband and I consulted various doctors, and no one noticed that something was wrong, but Yelena Antonovna immediately identified it and sent him for a CT scan of the head and neck, the diagnosis was confirmed — a stroke. We were, of course, in shock, but everything was done on time.

I had an appointment with Tkachenko Yelena on 11.01.2024.
Disliked
A very unpleasant woman both as a doctor and as a person. Her careless glance alone says it all. She gave me a number and told me not to call but only to write. She prescribed treatment, but one of the medicines caused a reaction in me, and I felt very unwell. I wrote to her, and she replied only after 3 hours, and even then just said: fine, don't take those medicines then. She didn't say what to replace them with. I spent 5 hours recovering from the medicines, and she didn't even ask whether I had died. I do not recommend her at all, I wasted my money.

I consulted Yelena Antonovna, she listened to me, examined me and gave recommendations. In May I suffered greatly from pain — protrusions, a hernia, spinal osteochondrosis. After her prescriptions, I felt better already on the second day. Now I have come to her again with other complaints, had a CT scan, and it turned out not to be in vain.
