I came for an appointment with the neurologist Tkacheva Yelena, I brought my child. The doctor did not even get up from her seat to examine him: she only measured his head for the sake of appearances, pressed on the spine at the neck — and that was it. She prescribed a pile of medicines, but did not say anything properly. When I asked about the diagnosis myself, she replied that tests were needed, although she had written out a lot of medicines.

The staff at the reception desk are very rude and uneducated. There are no sanitary standards whatsoever. About the neurologist I will say this: money down the drain. There was no proper examination of the child, yet she prescribed a pile of medicines. Her coat is dirty, parts of her body are visible from under the coat — it looks very ugly and indecent. I do not recommend the doctor Tkacheva Yelena!
