The appointment went like none I had ever had before: for the first time the doctor took the history so thoroughly and carefully — examined me, palpated, asked about everything, asked many questions. I was also offered to fill in a questionnaire. It is convenient that an ultrasound can be done right in the consulting room.

After I sent the results, he went silent: he didn't write or say a word, nothing is clear. What he prescribed didn't help, my sugar is almost the same. I am dissatisfied.

I came for a consultation with ready test results in hand. The doctor prescribed many additional tests and prescribed medications.

During the appointment a comment was made that there were too many tests for my age — this seemed inappropriate to me. When I tried to buy the prescribed medications, they were not available in pharmacies. I asked the doctor to suggest a replacement or offer an alternative, but in response I heard: "other patients find them." I consider such an attitude towards patients unacceptable.
