Toguzbayeva Dinara Yerkenovna diagnosed my child with purulent otitis and skilfully steered us towards an urgent puncture of the eardrum. After otoscopy she repeatedly confirmed that there was 100% pus there. I did not spare the effort and consulted other doctors, but no one except Dinara Yerkenovna diagnosed purulent otitis. In addition, we had a complete blood count done.
Disliked
I was outraged that Dinara Yerkenovna was indifferent to the complete blood count and did not need it at all, even when we ourselves suggested having it done. Her answer was — I don't need it, there is 100% pus there. If the child really had purulent otitis, the complete blood count would have shown a moderate or marked increase in the white blood cell count and a raised ESR. Also pay attention to all the positive reviews below: there used to be many negative reviews here, but in 2019 they were all deleted and only the positive ones were left.

I had an appointment with Dinara Yerkenovna on 18.04.15. She pulled a piece of cotton wool out of my ear that our district ENT specialist could not find. Before that I had been given cefazolin injections, but to no avail. Dinara Yerkenovna made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Everything is fine. Thank you. It turns out that appointments are by booking, so I ask you to book with her in advance.
