I had an ultrasound with Tokhtarbayeva Gulshat Zeynkankyzy. The examination was carried out thoroughly, without rushing, and I felt comfortable.
The doctor is very competent and attentive, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Thank you for your professionalism and caring attitude.

At reception I was told that an appointment booked through the DOQ.KZ website was invalid and that the queue was a live one, even though I had an appointment for 14:00. In the end I waited a whole hour and wasted so much time. I really wouldn't recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend it! You have to ask about everything yourself. The doctor takes a quick look and says without any comment that everything is done. When I asked about my heartbeat, she replied that if it weren't there, she would have said so. Overall, she is very dry during the appointment.
