What grated on me was that at the very start of the appointment, even before we got acquainted, about 5 minutes were spent clarifying the cost of payment. I understand that this is a private clinic, but it still left a bad taste.

The appointment went like this: my blood sugar was 17, but the doctor gave me no help at all, only referred me for tests.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor gave no help and did not recommend a medicine or anything of the sort. Because of this, my mother felt really unwell for another three days until I found a proper doctor.
