We went because of a wet cough; a month before that we had had pneumonia. The doctor referred us for a follow-up X-ray at a nearby clinic. When we came, he prescribed treatment and asked us to have tests done and send the results to him on WhatsApp so that, if necessary, he could adjust the treatment — that is, there is no need to come again and pay again.

I went to this doctor: I had the necessary tests done, and he prescribed treatment. I treated bronchitis for about 2 weeks, but a week after the treatment ended the symptoms returned and became worse. Before that, the doctor left me his number and said to write if anything came up. I wrote and explained what was happening. He prescribed repeat tests. When the results were ready, he simply stopped replying for 4 days, even though he knew I was ill and getting worse. After my complaint, he duplicated the same treatment he had prescribed before, even though it had not really helped, and said that I had an allergy and that it was not his speciality — in short, he rudely brushed me off. Later, two more doctors, a paediatrician and a pulmonologist, ruled out the allergy.

To be honest, the attitude towards patients is inhuman. I myself work with people in a caring profession, and such an attitude towards patients is a nightmare.

My mum and I came for an appointment with Pavel Viktorovich. Before that, my mum had been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis in two clinics, and even earlier she had been treated for supposedly hypothyroidism for 6 years. After an examination in this clinic, it turned out that my mum's liver was absolutely healthy — over 70 years of life it had not even changed colour. In fact, my mum simply had inflammation of the spleen. The doctor prescribed treatment, and now everything is fine with us.
