On 11.11.2025 I booked an appointment with the gynaecologist Pak I. for 16:20, but I was running late, so I called the call centre of the Dostar Med clinic and rebooked for 17:00. When I arrived, I paid for the appointment and went into the office.
Disliked
The doctor was displeased that I came at 17:00, because she had not been notified about it. I had the appointment on a paid basis, not free of charge, but she received me so indifferently, as if I had come for free: she saw me quickly in 15 minutes, wrote a prescription and did not properly examine me. Her office is so dark that she resorted to examining me with the torch of a mobile phone, which is unacceptable!

I had appointments twice. The first time I had to wait for the doctor for 20-25 minutes. The second time I was booked for 15.20, but the procedure was only done at 16.05.
