I had blepharoplasty with this doctor in 2015. Six years have passed since then, and the scar is still there.
Disliked

I have had occasion to consult the plastic surgeon Vladimir Ken-Sonovich Tsoi on various matters, and the results did not disappoint me.
Liked
I consider him the best surgeon not only in Almaty, but also in Kazakhstan. He is a jeweller of plastic surgery. He performs the most complex operations — after injuries, burns and the like. Not every surgeon will take on such things, and plastic surgeons in Kazakhstan, apart from breast augmentation and eyelid Europeanisation, practically do not deal with complex operations. In 2008 Vladimir Kensonovich performed two operations on me to improve the shape of my nose, a Europeanisation.

After that my life changed greatly: I became far more confident in myself and, on the whole, a happy person. I met a young man, the very man I had been waiting for all my life, got married and gave birth to two children. I believe all this is thanks to a doctor sent from God, Vladimir Kensonovich, a most wonderful person.

I want to thank him — he is a true magician, his hands work wonders. He is not only a surgeon but also a good psychologist, he knows how to work delicately and with jeweller's precision, which is not given to everyone. He was able to redo what other cack-handed surgeons had done, and to correct severe defects from burns and injuries, although that is almost impossible. Thank you for his golden hands and for being such a professional.

I consulted this doctor, and he performed breast surgery on me.
Disliked
I would not advise anyone to go to him, because he ruined my breasts. Instead of the promised dissolvable threads, he used ordinary twine, probably out of greed. I was left with such terrible scars that I am ashamed to show them even to my husband. All he cares about is fleecing you for money. Do not go to him, you will regret it.
