I have already left a complaint in the clinic's complaints book, but I will repeat it here as well. I am in shock: they did not even ask me a question, did not ask why I had come, but immediately brought a basin for ear irrigation. I objected and refused the irrigation, after which the doctor conducted our further, very scant, interaction very nervously and with hostility. She filled in a document about my visit, said that some tests needed to be done, and that was where my visit to the 'doctor' ended. Coming out of the office and reading the sheet she had filled in, I saw the phrase: further treatment at the place of residence. We had booked through the Doq.kz service; perhaps she did not like the amount of 3500 indicated on the receipt.
