I booked an appointment, but they still see patients on a walk-in basis there, and I had to wait almost an hour. The doctor did not greet me very warmly. The procedure cost 16,000, but at the cash desk sits a person who, without explaining anything, took 24,000.

I had to wait almost an hour, even though I had an appointment, because they see patients on a walk-in basis. The doctor did not greet me very warmly. At the cash desk, without explaining anything, they took 24,000 instead of 16,000 for the procedure. It is impossible to ask anything, they sit there with a sour face. 😡

My father had a problem with his ear, so I brought him in. Aiman Zhakypbekovna saw him, cleaned his ear and treated him. We will have more procedures done in the future.

I came to an appointment with an ENT specialist on the referral of a pulmonologist to find out about one cause. The doctor was late. I left with a conclusion that the child had a runny nose, and with the same treatment that the paediatrician had already prescribed. So it turns out we came to listen to what we already knew. This is not the first time I have come to Emirmed.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor's attitude towards me and my son — I do not understand what it was down to: whether it was to do with the price, or something else. It felt as though if a person pays a lot (not from this website, we had an initial appointment), then the service is provided to them in full. When I came to find out about one thing, I was told that it was not important for me, and that what was important was first to have physiotherapy and other things with them, and then they would tell me what I needed to find out. At Emirmed they start stringing you along, and only after you have left a good amount of money at their clinic will they tell you the result. The doctor's attitude itself was careless, as if I had paid little and would be given just as little information. Although with others I worked through things normally. Is that really acceptable?

I am from Atyrau. During a flight I felt very unwell, and a fungal infection appeared in my ear. When I arrived in Almaty, I immediately went to the clinic to see the ENT specialist Tulegenova Aiman.

She is an excellent specialist and a very kind person. The fungus from the hearing aid was removed in time. I am very grateful for the help and care!💖
