The doctor does not know how to communicate with patients at all: no respect, uses informal address, looks down on you and can even allow herself insults towards me. I do not recommend.

The appointment was with an ENT, and he is indeed a really great specialist. He has last-generation diagnostic equipment, and his approach is comprehensive: he doesn't just fight the consequence, but looks for the cause of the disease — and that is a rarity today.

I liked that the doctor looks for the very cause of the illness, and not only the consequence, and that his equipment is modern. Yes, I won't argue, it is not cheap, but I don't mind paying for professionalism. I should have listened to my little brother right away and come here, instead of spending money at other centres.
Disliked
There is one thing I cannot understand: all doctors seem to study at the same university, yet only one in a thousand becomes a professional.
