I booked an appointment with one doctor for a specific time and travelled across the whole city. When I arrived, I was told that I should have brought screening 1/2 with me, without it they do not see patients. I had to argue, in the end I got in, but by mistake I was sent to another doctor.

I did not like that they do not see you without screening 1/2, even though I had an appointment and had travelled across the whole city. I had to argue to get an appointment. And then I was mistakenly sent to a different doctor. At the reception desk they said it was a fault of the website that works with them.
