I came for an appointment by booking, there were about 3–5 minutes left before it. I knocked once out of politeness, no one answered, and I decided to wait. After about 15–20 minutes the door opened, I came up, said hello and asked if I could come in.

In response I got displeasure and rudeness, as if I had burst into the office. This is terrible. If she doesn't like people knocking on the door out of politeness, let her resign or move to a department where there is no need to have much contact with people. I do not recommend booking with her. The medical centre is excellent, but some of the staff are not.
