I came for an appointment with a gynaecologist. The doctor started examining my neck like an endocrinologist on a non-working ultrasound machine, then poured a lot of oil on my stomach and said that everything was fine. Then she took a smear for analysis, but there was never any result. In the end, instead of 10,000 tenge, they took 30,000 tenge from me. I received neither ultrasound images nor the test result — just one piece of paper with illegible handwriting and a treatment downloaded from the internet.

Examination on a non-working ultrasound machine, a lot of oil on the stomach, no smear result, deceiving patients and extorting money: instead of 10,000 tenge they took 30,000. No ultrasound images, no test result, just one piece of paper with illegible handwriting and a treatment downloaded from the internet. I do not recommend going to this medical centre.
