My son-in-law and his friend were treated at the cardiology centre in Almaty, in Shynar Aitzhanovna's department, and I saw with my own eyes how they recovered there.

I am very grateful to Shynar Aitzhanovna. She is such a responsible, decent and warm-hearted person that it is hard to believe such doctors exist. She is attentive to all patients, she helps a sick person believe in recovery — and they really do begin to trust her and feel better. I am amazed at how much inner strength and kindness this wonderful woman has. The ward maids and nurses are also very responsible, they always come to help in time. Thanks to Shynar Aitzhanovna and the doctors treating patients in this department, my son-in-law and his friend believed in life and took heart. God grant her happiness and health, her and her team.

Our dad had an attack, and the ambulance brought him to the City Centre of Cardiology in Almaty. After resuscitation procedures he was transferred to the 3rd cardiology department, where he began his recovery under the constant supervision of doctors.

I want to thank with all my heart the entire team of the 3rd cardiology department, especially the head Tynaliyeva Shynar Aytzhanovna — for her high professionalism, attention and sensitive attitude towards dad and towards us, his loved ones. I am also grateful to Zamzayeva Bakhytgul Dzhanabayevna: under their supervision dad took his first steps on the road to recovery. I would like to separately note the care of the medical staff — Baykeyeva G.Zh., Abenova A., Narbayev A., Istleuova K., Medetova E. The ward and the common areas are always clean and tidy.
